SILENT HERO: Bell peppers, delicately fermented for 9 months combined with fresh, roasted bell peppers create a perfect blend of tangy, savory pepper flavor that is accompanied by a blissfully smooth organically-grown tomato purée. Our signature blend of grilled onions and slow-roasted garlic harmoniously tie the savory notes together with our secret blend of spices. A subtle sweetness provided by Gold Nugget Mandarins and plump, ripe plums give this sauce an unrivaled complexity. AUNT VERDE: Aunt Verde is a perfectly balanced blend of fresh Jalapeño, Serrano, Bell, and Ghost peppers. Have we created a Verde with the perfect heat level? We’ll leave that for you to decide. Roasted tomatillos, roasted garlic, grilled onions, pineapple and nectarines compliment the jalapeños and Serranos without overpowering the fresh pepper flavor. Slow roasted bell peppers give this sauce a robust, mouthwatering complexity that we have yet to taste in store bought brands. HEAT LEVEL 9/10
Ancient Evil is an intense blast of savory pepper flavor with an immediate, and completely unreasonable heat level. This sauce contains very high quantities of Carolina Reaper and should not be consumed by individuals that don’t have an extremely high tolerance to heat. Ancient Evil was crafted from a carefully selected blend of 23 super hot peppers. We wanted to create the hottest experience possible so we coupled the hot pepper blend with a Carolina Reaper mash that we have been delicately aging for 8 months. Savory roasted garlic and grilled onions compliment the sweetness of fresh mango and watermelon. The varying types of spiciness from 23 pepper varieties creates an unrivaled heat that hits immediately and continues building steadily while you slowly start to realize that the heat is only beginning.
