Q: When will your sauces be available in stores?
A: We do not have immediate plans to sell in stores, subscription boxes, or other online retailers.
Q: How many bottles do you make of each release?
A: We currently cook in very small batches to ensure that our sauce is of the highest quality. Most of our batches are between 100-200 bottles. Super hot sauces tend to be smaller runs (usually between 50-100 bottles).
Q: When will you be making more Dream Sequence, Star Chaser, Low Voltage, etc?
A: Though there is always a chance that we will revisit one of our previous recipes, we constantly strive to create a better sauce than our previous release and there is never a guarantee that we will bring a specific sauce back. Through popular demand, we have re-released the following sauces in new and improved recipes: SRP/SB (Sleeping Giant, Defiant Giant), XIV (Death Match), Djmango: Unchained (Mango Threat), Canceled Holiday (CH2.0), Verde Jr. (Verde Sr., Cousin Verde, Aunt Verde), and your favorite could be coming back soon... maybe.
Q: How much is shipping for a U.S. order?
A: $11 for shipping on orders of 1-3 bottles throughout the U.S. (prices vary and this is an estimate).
Q: How much is shipping on larger orders throughout the U.S.?
A: $15 usually covers shipping on orders of 4-7 bottles throughout the U.S.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: We are working to bring our sauces to areas outside of the United States however we currently do not ship to areas outside of the U.S.
